The story follows a Chinese hit man who is forced out if retirement.
His girlfriend gets killed and he seeks vengance by writing all the wrongs he has done and taking revenge on those who have sinned.
Performances from Michael Dorn and Peter Greene are mediocre and the whole film is a little boring. Some decent action scenes but it's no Jackie Chan film.
