What's it about? - In May 2008 the Californian Supreme court ruled that same sex couples can be allowed the right to get married. A proposition known as Proposition 8 was then presented to voters in an effort to have the relevant constitution changed from defining marriage as just between a man and a woman. Over the next four years the proposition makes it way through the relevant courts.

Is it any good? - Yes for a law documentary it is very good.

Why should I watch it? - If you are interested in law and society then this is a documentary you need to watch. This shows you a heavy insight into US law making and amending.
